Are you making anything crafty for Christmas presents? I’ve been hand painting wooden trays recently and a friend asked if I’d do one for her son to give to his Grandad. I really enjoy doing them and they are so therapeutic to do although I did have a nightmare getting a tray as Tesco had stopped stocking them!
What do you think of it? I really hope the recipient likes it

I also had a go at making paper covered bracelets. This is based on a Maria Binns design from One Hour Crafts that was also featured in the latest issue of Craft Seller.
They are really quick and easy to make – I did all three in an hour. The tutorial in Craftseller says to use Japanese paper but I just used paper from my stash. I think the paper used on the two green bracelets was maybe a little thick. Do you get Craft Seller magazine? Anyone else had a go at the bracelets?
